Order Cancellation Policy
Procedures for cancelling orders before fulfillment, packed orders, and order cancellation by Triple.
5.1Customer Cancellation Requests
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact Triple immediately at [email protected] or +880 1858-622833.
Orders that have not entered preparation or courier dispatch may be cancelled with full refund for prepaid amounts.
Dispatched orders handed over to couriers cannot be cancelled as standard cancellations.
5.2Cancellation by Triple
Triple reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, failed payment verification, or material fraud alerts.
